Andy Wilks, Certified Public Accountant

Samuel A. (Andy) Wilks is the founder and owner of Wilks & Co., CPA. He has been licensed as a CPA in Oklahoma since 1979. He is experienced in working with small to medium sized businesses in accounting and taxation. He has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, IL. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK. Andy spent 24 ½ years in the military and is a retired Colonel from the Army National Guard. His free time is spent with his wife Joy canoeing, hiking, and hunting. He also enjoys his three grandchildren and watching old western and army movies.

Rachel Wilks-Gibelyou, Director of Sales and Marketing/Office Manager

Rachel has been at Wilks and Co. since March 2009. Her duties include: growing Wilks and Co. through marketing events and promotions, taking care of each individual client’s needs, and supervising the front office. She also is our representative in BNI (Business Networking International) and holds the position of Vice President in the Midwest City Chapter. She is an ambassador for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce. Rachel graduated from Trinity Christian Academy in Addison, Texas in 2002 and has furthered her education at OCCC. In her spare time Rachel enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends. She also loves the great outdoors, playing softball, reading, and singing karaoke as much as possible.
